Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026. By using SpriteWash you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What SpriteWash is

SpriteWash is a browser-based tool for cleaning AI-generated spritesheets into game-ready assets. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be removed at any time.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You own the sprites and projects you create. SpriteWash doesn't claim any rights to them. You grant us the narrow permission needed to store and serve your content back to you while your account exists.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including making sure you have the right to use it. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates anyone's privacy.

4. Prohibited use

• No using the service to break the law.
• No trying to break, probe, or overload the service (scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service, etc.).
• No impersonating other users or misrepresenting your identity.
• No uploading content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.

5. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us — this removes your projects from our servers.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpriteWash is not liable for lost work, lost data, or any damages arising from use of the service. Keep backups of anything you can't afford to lose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
